Each scholarship will be worth up to $10,000, and will be awarded to postgraduates and undergraduates.
It will be paid as a credit towards the first semester of study at the University of Auckland. Compulsory fees are those related only to the relevant program of study, plus the Student Services Fee.

Scholarships at the University of Auckland: Eligibility Criteria

The candidate must meet all of the following requirements to qualify for the University of Auckland Scholarships:

Required Language: English.
Eligible Countries: All world countries.
This scholarship is not available to students enrolled in a Research Masters program.
This scholarship is not available to undergraduate students from University of Auckland Foundation Providers (UP Education and Taylors College) and New Zealand secondary-school leavers.
Students must enroll as “on campus” registrations. Applications will not be accepted from distance education students.
An international student is one who does not hold a New Zealand or Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or resident visa.
Scholarships cannot be deferred to the following semester. It will be necessary to submit a new scholarship application.

Scholarships may be held in conjunction with other scholarships
Applicants must be international students seeking an undergraduate degree (with overseas secondary or post-secondary qualifications) or a Masters (taught) degree of 120 points or more.
