Scholarships at the University of Auckland: Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must meet all of the following requirements to qualify for the University of Auckland Scholarships:
- Required Language: English.
- Eligible Countries: All world countries.
- This scholarship is not available to students enrolled in a Research Masters program.
- This scholarship is not available to undergraduate students from University of Auckland Foundation Providers (UP Education and Taylors College) and New Zealand secondary-school leavers.
- Students must enroll as “on campus” registrations. Applications will not be accepted from distance education students.
- An international student is one who does not hold a New Zealand or Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or resident visa.
- Scholarships cannot be deferred to the following semester. It will be necessary to submit a new scholarship application.
- Scholarships may be held in conjunction with other scholarships
- Applicants must be international students seeking an undergraduate degree (with overseas secondary or post-secondary qualifications) or a Masters (taught) degree of 120 points or more.
