Benefits of the Dora Plus Scholarship:
These are the details about the Doraplus scholarship award:
- Tuition fee waiver in full
- Living expenses are covered by a monthly stipend of 350 Euros
- The student is responsible for all other expenses
- The scholarship will be awarded for each study year every time ( 12 months for the 1st academic year of the Master.
Eligibility Criteria
You must meet the following requirements in order to be eligible for the Dora Plus scholarship program 2021:
- The Tallinn University master’s program fully in English is open to all international students studying at the university full time or who have received a confirmation of admission from the university
- A student who has successfully completed the first year of study with at least 54 ECTS credits and is interested in applying for the second year scholarship.
- Estonian citizens and permanent residents are not allowed to enroll.
- No additional funding is provided for students who are studying

Application Deadline
For a 1st-year scholarship, the application deadline is the 10th of September 2021. In 2021, electronic applications will be available for the first year of the program.
